CardPresso XXL was designed with an intuitive WYSIWYG (what-you-see-is-what-you-get) interface that displays real-time changes as you make them – quickly and seamlessly guiding you through the entire card design creation process. From adding a logo or image to selecting the exact colors, font, and text you want displayed on a card, designing a high-quality ID card couldn’t be easier.

Import logos, images, and clipart in a variety of formats to comprehensively customize your card’s design. Images can also be resized to fit your card space with the FaceCrop tool that detects and automatically crops faces. Best of all, the preview function gives you a true representation of exactly what your card will look like once it’s printed.

Print on one side or both sides of your card – in small, medium, or large batches – and enjoy consistent, reliable card quality. There’s also batch, auto, and conditional printing to help simplify your ID card production process.

Operation logs and user management tools in CardPresso XXL control the ID card application and print activity, and this can be used to audit the number of cards and the amount of data printed by a user. In addition, CardPresso XXL supports printing over a network via a web print server.

Extensive external database capability
CardPresso Software XXL has a standard internal database that features photo connection and holds unlimited records for more convenient data management and protection.

CardPresso XXL features .XLS, XLSX, .CSV, and .TXT database connections. It works with most common database engines including Microsoft SQL Server, Oracle, MySQL, Sybase, and others, supporting those databases that are ODBC/OLE DB compliant. To establish a link to the external database you’ll be using, simply run the ODBC manager.

You have the ability to search (query) your database records, and select them within the software. Additionally, CardPresso XXL supports OLE objects and photos on database records.

Complex encoding and security options
CardPresso XXL Software lets you create 1D and 2D barcodes, QR (Quick Response) codes, and magnetic stripe encoding for a trusted layer of security for your ID cards. In addition, you can add the cardholder’s signature for an extra level of ID recognition and security.

The XXL version provides the greatest level of flexibility with the option of smart card, contactless RFID, DESfire, and Mifare Ultralight encoding.

Advanced and corporate network usage
The CardPresso XXL Software includes a net license service that allows you to use the same license on up to 16 different computer workstations to share a database over the same Local Area Network (LAN).
